Taxi from International airport.
You can pay for a safe, pre paid taxi to Copacabana at the taxi counter before you walk outside the airport. It should cost you about 100.00 Reais.

Bus from International Airport.
Take the bus that goes to Copacabana. It costs 7.00 Reais. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Rua Barão de Ipanema. You will get dropped of on the corner of Av. Atlântica (the beach road) and Rua Barão de Ipanema. Walk straight up Rua Barão de Ipanema until you get to the cross road Rua Pompeu Loureiro. Cross Rua Barão de Ipanema and you will see a small street called Rua Emilo Berla. We are the last house on the right hand side of the street at the top of the slope.

If you arrive by bus in Copacabana at night from the airport, please take a taxi to the hostel from where the bus drops you off. It should only cost no more 10-15 Reais.
